Philadelphia:PSS Realty, LLC and Payroll Services Solution, LLC chose Tioga Franklin Savings Bank.

Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank provided financing for the $1.6 million acquisition of 900 Jaymor Drive in Southampton, PA by PSS Realty LLC and Payroll Services Solutions, LLC. This 12,000 square foot facilitiy will serve as the new headquarters and operations center for Payroll Services Solutions. Financing was provided in conjunction with the SBA and closed on March 23, 2016.

Philadelphia:Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank has announced the appointment of Lindsay Butler to Lending Officer. Ms. Butler has been with the bank since 2009 and has served as Compliance Officer and Systems Administrator.

Lindsay will be working directly with me to implement and manage the bank’s Business Banking operations.

Lindsay is a strong contributor to the bank’s success. This additional responsibility is in line with the bank’s strategic direction to provide an expanded product array to our community.

Philadelphia: Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank engages Miles Technology of New Jersey and Verizon to implement its new Voice Over IP (VoIP) phone system. This system enables the bank to provide direct dial capability and automated call forwarding to its associate’s workstations and mobile devices.

President and CEO, John T. Coleman, stated, “VoIP has become a necessary and affordable tool for maintaining quality client service. It provides our associates with a state of the art communication system.”

Philadelphia: Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank has announced that it has entered into an agreement with CenterState Bank of Florida and Better Finance of Delaware to provide small business lending services under the SmartBiz program. SmartBiz offers online application with decisions within and 30 minutes for small business loans up to $300,000. The loans are offered in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Philadelphia: Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank has announced that Neal Greenberg has been appointed Senior Banking Officer. Mr. Greenberg has been with the bank since 2002 and has served in various capacities including Board Member.

Philadelphia: Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank has announced that it has received certification from the U.S. Small Business Administration to participate in the SBA Lending program. The Small Business Administration partners with banks to provide for the capital needs of small businesses for start-up and expansion.

Philadelphia: Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank has announced that John T. Coleman has joined the bank as President, CEO and Trustee. Mr. Coleman will be replacing Robert K. Lockyer, who is retiring after 12 years of leading the bank. Mr. Coleman, most recently with Wilmington Savings Fund, brings nearly 40 years of banking experience to Tioga-Franklin. Mr. Lockyer will remain on the Board of Trustees and serve as a consultant going forward.

Michael Veneziano, Chairman, stated, “The Trustees of Tioga-Franklin are fortunate to have a professional of Mr. Coleman’s stature joining the institution, especially with the retirement of Bob Lockyer. Bob was a very effective and capable executive who served the bank for over 12 years. We wish Bob well in his future endeavors.”
