Philadelphia: Tioga-Franklin Savings Bank has announced that John T. Coleman has joined the bank as President, CEO and Trustee. Mr. Coleman will be replacing Robert K. Lockyer, who is retiring after 12 years of leading the bank. Mr. Coleman, most recently with Wilmington Savings Fund, brings nearly 40 years of banking experience to Tioga-Franklin. Mr. Lockyer will remain on the Board of Trustees and serve as a consultant going forward.
Michael Veneziano, Chairman, stated, “The Trustees of Tioga-Franklin are fortunate to have a professional of Mr. Coleman’s stature joining the institution, especially with the retirement of Bob Lockyer. Bob was a very effective and capable executive who served the bank for over 12 years. We wish Bob well in his future endeavors.”
Tioga- Franklin Savings Bank was formed in 1873 and has its main office on Girard Avenue in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia.
